Eye Splice Tower is an architectural competition concept by Lenz Architects for an international project in Shenzhen, China.

The concept is shaped by a continuous architectural envelope that wraps around the tower, visually connecting its levels into a unified vertical structure. Sculptural lines open toward the city, creating panoramic glazing, open spaces, and landscaped terraces integrated into the architecture.

A strong emphasis is placed on the relationship between architecture and nature. Green terraces become part of the vertical composition, while open spaces and access to natural light contribute to a more comfortable and environmentally conscious workplace. Monumental volumes are balanced by transparent façades, creating a dynamic silhouette and a distinctive architectural identity for a new generation of high-rise architecture.

В основе концепции лежит идея непрерывной архитектурной оболочки, которая оборачивает башню и визуально связывает ее уровни в единую вертикальную структуру. Пластичные линии раскрываются в сторону города, формируя панорамное остекление, открытые пространства и озелененные террасы, интегрированные в архитектуру здания.

Особое внимание уделено взаимодействию архитектуры и природной среды. Озеленение становится частью вертикальной композиции, а открытые террасы и естественное освещение формируют более комфортную и экологически ориентированную рабочую среду. Монументальность объемов сочетается с прозрачностью фасадов, создавая динамичный силуэт и узнаваемую архитектурную идентичность нового поколения.
