Mountain Dreams Hotel is a contemporary mountain resort shaped as a sequence of flowing terraced volumes that follow the natural topography. The masterplan brings architecture, landscape and outdoor spaces into a continuous composition, allowing the complex to become part of the mountain setting rather than an isolated object.

Natural wood, stone, glass and landscaped roofs define a warm, tactile material palette. Deep terraces and panoramic glazing open the hotel toward the surrounding landscape, while the stepped massing creates a more human scale and strengthens the connection between architecture and terrain.

Local identity is expressed through architectural form rather than applied decoration. The main restaurant pavilion offers a contemporary interpretation of the spatial and geometric character of the traditional Kazakh yurt, creating a recognizable element within the resort while maintaining a distinctly modern architectural language.

Mountain Dreams Hotel представляет собой современный горный отель, сформированный системой плавных террасных объемов, следующих естественному рельефу. Генеральный план объединяет архитектуру, ландшафт и открытые общественные пространства в единую композицию, благодаря чему комплекс становится частью горного окружения.

Натуральное дерево, камень, стекло и озелененные кровли формируют теплую тактильную палитру материалов. Глубокие террасы и панорамное остекление раскрывают здание в сторону окружающего ландшафта, а ступенчатая структура объемов создает более соразмерный человеку масштаб и усиливает связь архитектуры с рельефом.

Локальная идентичность раскрывается через архитектурную форму, а не декоративные приемы. Главный ресторанный павильон представляет современную интерпретацию пространственного и геометрического образа традиционной казахской юрты, сохраняя при этом общий современный язык проекта.
